Shigeo Sekito
He studied piano in his childhood and became a composer at the age of 17, studying at the Department of Music at Osaka Kyoiku University's Special Music Course.
Later, he was attracted to Electone, which was a new concept at the time and in 1967 won the 1st place in the Electone National Competition.
From 1975 to 1977, Nippon Columbia released 4 works of "華麗なるエレクトーン Special Sound Series”.
He played an active part as one of the leading people in the electone world.
Currently, he performs piano and composes music under the name of Ken Akishino, while teaching to the younger people. He publishes his works on his YouTube channel.
